Even in their defeat against Rockets, they managed to hold them at 47.7% shooting accuracy. Looking at their recent win against Phoenix Suns, NY Knicks were the better side in all of the 4 quarters. It was not only their offence that did the job, but their defensive work was exceptional, especially in the 1st quarter, when Suns only hit 18.5% of their shots! It’s no secret that if they manage to continue this way they will slowly climb in the top 5 in the East.
Verdict & Prediction
Pacers saw their player Victor Oladipo stepping up and leading the team, which has no problem putting up points. They have managed to score 124 points against Cavaliers and 130 against Timberwolves which shows they can be deadly with the ball in their hands. As for Knicks, same can be said. They have been very consistent with their points and we can expect them to do the same tonight. Taking everything into consideration, I expect a high scoring match with teams easily passing the 100 point mark.
